Seahaven Lionesses tried a new money raising venture by hosting a card boot sale at The Dell in Peacehaven on Sunday 12th June. The early morning start was fine but by 9am the weather started to turn and by 10.30 we hastily packed up as the heavens opened. Even so, we managed to raise just over £100.00 which we were pleased with all things considered. Wonder what the takings could have been on a sunny day? We look forward to the opportunity of hosting another very soon and fingers crossed for better weather.
